What is the difference between Vintage and Second Hand?
VINTAGE
The word "vintage", from the old French vint (twenty) age (years), indicates a product made at least twenty years ago and which, with age, has become more valuable. It can be deadstock - unsold item - or second hand.
SECOND HAND
A product is considered second hand (Second Hand) if it has been owned by at least one other person. It has a more recent origin than to vintage, from after the 2000s till today. The value of the garments depends on the quality, the condition in which they are found and the price at which they were originally sold. In a nutshell Second Hand = Second Hand Mind Vintage = article produced for more than 20 years that can be new or used.
